Strengthening Customer, Gallery and Collector Relationships

Every customer begins somewhere… did they see you at an art fair?  On a website? Referred through a friend? Your success in selling your art depends on creating a path, or to be more visual… a ladder of exposure, contact and commitment.  The bottom rung of that ladder is just the beginning, there may be 4 or 5 or even more steps to converting a new customer into a repeat customer or even an ambassador!
